  I am completely dissatisfied with the lack of structure and time management at this facility. At 31 weeks pregnant I have decided to find a doctor's office who put their patients first. Every appt I have had here lately I have waited no less than a hour to be seen. That's a combination of waiting to be called back and waiting in the room. Once in the room and seen by the doctor it is literally a 5 min visit and I am sent on my way. Unacceptable! I do not care how knowledgeable I am in health care and medicine. I should get more than a stomach measurement, blood pressure check, and listen to babies heart beat. Never have I ever experienced such disregard for a patient's level of satisfaction of care. Not to mention I was pulled from work due to severe lumbar pain and sciatica by my chiropractor. My claims department of course needed my primary physician which would be my obgyn to fill out my form for short term disability. Now mind you my chiropractor diagnosed me and sent all my medical records with my diagnosis and treatment plan to my obgyn. After they had my form for 2 weeks after finding the email I sent in a spam folder, I was expecting my doctor to fill in the blanks and return the form to me to turn in. To my surprise I was told by the front desk in order to get back the form I sent with the information given to them by my chiropractor, I was to pay them $25!!!! Excuse me but my doctor didn't even fill it out the midwife filled it out incorrectly without looking at any of the notes given by my chiropractor. If I hadn't looked over my form after having to borrow money to pay for it then it would have been sent in filled out inaccurately. After explaining to the front office that the form they had had nothing to do with FMLA and it was for short term disability in order for me to receive income while I can't work the woman at the front desk informed me that no one gave the midwife instruction on what she was filling out. She filled it out based on the date of my scheduled C-section in Sept. and post partum recovery. She did not fill it out based on my pregnancy induced sciatica in which I have not worked since May. It is now going on August and I have been without pay do to the lack of competence and communication of this office. People do not care or realize that life does not stop just because they can't get their act together!!! Signing off, One pissed off mom!!!!
